Shantha Biotechnics, founded in the 1990s, was acquired by Sanofi in 2009, gaining global recognition as a trusted vaccine supplier. Hyderabad, Oct 7 (UNI) A 32-year-old Software engineer Satish Reddy from Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), achieved a rare feat by donating his stem cells twice through DKMS Foundation India, giving two different patients battling blood cancer a second chance at life. He was felicitated at a special event held in Hyderabad on Tuesday, where DKMS Foundation India also hosted a fireside chat to highlight the urgent need for more stem cell donors in India.
