Assistant Manager Business Intelligence

Location: Navi Mumbai

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Business Intelligence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 2 years of relevant experience in BI tools, data analysis, and automation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support business intelligence initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of insights and automation solutions.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and managing data connections.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Forms to streamline workflows.
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use basic Python and SQL skills for data manipulation and process automation.
  • Present data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Stay updated with BI trends and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Prior experience or understanding of the Infrastructure Consultancy industry is an added advantage.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Data Science, Automation Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.

Experience:

  • 1 2 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or automation.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Forms.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
