Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Big Data technologies and production support. The ideal candidate should be strong in hands-on problem-solving, debugging, and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
Required Skills (36 years experience)
Mandatory:
- Python
- PySpark
- Apache Spark
Good to Have / Preferred:
- Java
- AWS (Cloud services & deployment environments)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on production support, issue investigation, debugging, and resolution.
- Perform enhancement work, optimizations, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system stability and smooth operations.
- Demonstrate quick learning ability and out-of-the-box problem-solving mindset.
- Be proactive in exploring new DevOps tools, emerging technologies, and automation approaches to improve system performance and support efficiency.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment.
