Man Infra Share Price Today: Shares of civil construction firm Man Infraconstruction jumped as much as 3 per cent today (August 20) after promoter raised stake in the firm. The promoters has acquired more than 4.61 lakh shares of the company in two transactions.
The BSE Smallcap stock opened in the green at Rs 159 on NSE and extended the gains to make an intraday high of Rs 163.09, up 2.87 per cent. Around 2 PM, the counter traded 2.25 per cent higher at Rs 162.15. Nearly 4 lakh shares changed hands around the same time.
Today’s surge was in line with broad-based buying in the market. According to BSE data, promoter Parag K Shah on Monday (August 18) purchased 1,00,000 shares via open market for Rs 15,949,000. On the very next day, the promoter acquired 3,61,959 shares for Rs 5,79,06,201.

In total, the promoter has acquired 4,61,959 shares of the company. Post these two transactions, the promoter stake has risen to 11,75,85,006 shares or 29.13 per cent.

Man Infra is an integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company. According to trendline data, Quant Mutual Fund owns 7,780,000 shares, equivalent to 2 per cent stake, in the company.

Going by BSE data, Man Infra shares have declined 35 per cent in 2025 so far and 15 per cent in one year. The counter has moved northward 15 per cent in two years and zoomed 79 per cent in three years. The smallcap stock has delivered a multibagger return of 755 per cent in five years, resulting in wealth gain for investors.

Man Infra shares have a 52-week range of Rs 262.80- Rs 135.10 on NSE. The civil construction firm has a market capitalisation of Rs 6,276.39 crore.
