JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Dana Waterhouse with an Energy Award.

Dana has demonstrated remarkable versatility, dedication, and positivity throughout the past year. Originally working for JANUS as an analyst, she willingly stepped outside her normal role to join the development team. She embraced the new challenges with a genuine desire to support the TO27 project’s success.

Dana’s ability to learn new tools, processes, and technical requirements is a testament to her adaptability and determination. Despite working outside her typical scope, she consistently delivered high-quality work, adjudicating six complex documents in the last month of the TO27 project. Her strong work ethic and positive attitude not only elevated her performance but inspired collaboration across the team.

As the primary peer reviewer for many of the project’s deliverables in August and September, Dana played a critical role in ensuring quality and consistency across all materials. Her constructive feedback and attention to detail streamlined the review process and strengthened the final products.

Dana frequently jumped in to help fellow developers with their courses, ensuring the project as a whole was completed and documents were delivered by tight deadlines. Her own course was delivered on time and to the highest standards, earning strong customer satisfaction that will reinforce a positive relationship with the Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officer School (CECOS) team.

With her unwavering commitment to excellence, positive attitude, and adaptability, Dana is an invaluable member of the JANUS team and a deserving recipient of this Energy Award.
