JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Sarah Waterhouse with an Energy Award.
Sarah’s continued leadership and dedication to providing the best quality products on the TO27 Project has been exemplary. Her consistent mentorship, clear direction, and strong guidance enabled her team to meet ambitious deadlines with precision and quality. Her key insight into curriculum development has resulted in high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring a positive relationship that will benefit future collaborations with Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officer School (CECOS).
As the Subject Matter Expert for curriculum development, Sarah set the standard for instructional excellence. Her knowledge and attention to detail ensured all six courses aligned with client expectations. She served as the central point of expertise, offering solutions, clarifying requirements, and ensuring seamless collaboration across the TO27 project.
Sarah accomplished all of this while also managing and delivering her own project on time and at the highest level of quality. She adjudicated, reviewed, and delivered 19 documents in the final month of the TO27 project. Her ability to balance leadership responsibilities with individual performance exemplifies her professionalism, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
Sarah is an invaluable member of the JANUS team and a positive influence on our relationships with our customers. She is most deserving of this Energy Award for her performance.
